We are committed to core wound healing and hands up services that permanently end homelessness

The Dive Savannah Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to permanently ending homelessness through direct intervention, practical solutions, and core wound healing. We stand with the small businesses and neighborhoods impacted by the homelessness crisis while working alongside law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, hospitals, and other first responder organizations to bring lasting change. We do not operate a traditional day center. We work where the crisis exists—in emergency rooms, on the streets, and throughout our community—providing transportation, family reunification, addiction recovery, mental health advocacy, medical advocacy, and other life-changing services. We receive no government funding. Every donation directly supports the work of helping people permanently end their homelessness.
